The Role


As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and attracting top talent for our Go-To-Market teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process, working closely with leadership to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. This role requires a proactive, strategic mindset, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while shaping hiring processes for scalability.


What You’ll Do


  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  •  Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing strategies like direct outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.

  • Partner closely with the company’s internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles, and business goals. 

  • Act as an internal consultant regarding the US and Mexico talent market. You should act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring processes and employer branding efforts.

  • Assess candidates beyond resumes—focusing on skills, culture fit, and potential to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

  • Experiment and refine recruiting strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an evolving startup environment.

  • Ability to manage recruiting operations smoothly; Schedule interviews using multiple platforms, manage ATS compliance, create and send offer letters, etc.



What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

  • Experience recruiting for international roles, particularly in the US and México.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment, where processes are undefined or evolving.

  • Ability to influence and partner with hiring managers, providing consultative guidance to improve hiring outcomes.

  • Experience using ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools to track and optimize hiring effectiveness.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for candidate engagement.

  • A bias for action—able to move quickly while maintaining quality in hiring decisions.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to shifting priorities.
