Vendor Outreach Specialist
Ottimate (formerly Plate IQ) is a software company that helps its clients in the United States process and pay their bills. Ottimate primarily works with restaurants, hotels, and accounting firms; and is a dynamic, fast-growing company.
The Role
As a Vendor Outreach Specialist with Ottimate, you will drive Ottimate’s Operations team by enabling vendors that our clients count on through our innovative payment network. You are excited about the prospect of building new processes and are capable of finding efficiencies in further connecting client vendors to better ways of receiving access to their funding. You are adept at identifying best practices within yourself and capable of carrying them into your day-to-day schedule with consistency. You are used to delivering value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that drive the development of Operations. Finally, you enjoy building - you like actively participating within a team environment and taking on new challenges together to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities
Navigate accounts receivable/billing departments to locate points of contact that will accept methods of payment from us
Quickly qualify vendors to ensure that they are not bound by technical, policy, or legal issues that would prevent them from accepting payment from us
Thoroughly research vendors for necessary contact information
Adapt to and recommend changes in processes for how we develop our outreach with the implementation of new payment solutions in the future
Work with cross-functional teams across various levels of Ottimate and build the roots of our Payment Operations team
Feel comfortable maintaining the high call volume required to reach out to vendors of various sizes that need to be paid by our clients
1:1’s with your manager, meet & shadow current members of the Ottimate team
Set monthly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
Become a payment product expert
Consistently achieve your activity goals and meet quotas
Qualifications:
0-2 years of professional experience (ideally in a customer-facing role)
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate in an ambitious and continuously developing environment
Self-starter that can self-evaluate accurately to achieve the results they need
Process-focused thinking with a track record of consistency
Coachable for areas of opportunity with goals in further career development
Invested in breaking into the technology startup world
Strong preference for candidates that:
Are resourceful and creative
Take great notes
Have experience in accounts payable/receivable, billing, the restaurant or hospitality industry
Enjoy getting to know the people they work with

· This is an International Consultant position, if hired you'll be responsible for filing your own taxes
· Candidates must live in Chihuahua City (strongly preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: USD 2,000 per month plus bonuses.
