The Role

Ottimate is seeking a Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to lead and scale our revenue operations function. This role will be responsible for overseeing processes, systems, and analytics that drive revenue growth while managing a team focused on the administration of go-to-market systems, data analytics, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong project manager, and an effective people leader who can align cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and scalability in our go-to-market operations.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage the Revenue Operations team, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for revenue operations, optimizing processes and systems to support business growth.
  • Oversee the administration and enhancement of Salesforce and other GTM tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Manage projects related to system implementations, integrations, and process enhancements.
What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and people management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, reporting, and workflow automation.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully executing cross-functional initiatives. 
  • PMP or Scrummaster Certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
