We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to build and optimize our marketing tech stack, improve lead management processes, and drive data-driven decision-making. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our marketing campaigns are executed efficiently, tracked accurately, and continuously optimized for performance.
Own the marketing tech stack – manage tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and more, ensuring seamless integrations and data flow.
Lead lifecycle management – optimize lead scoring, routing, and attribution to improve sales and marketing alignment.
Marketing analytics & reporting – define KPIs, build dashboards, and provide insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Campaign operations – support demand generation efforts with email automation, landing pages, segmentation, and A/B testing.
Process improvement – refine workflows, data hygiene, and automation strategies to drive efficiency and scale marketing efforts.
Budget & forecasting – track marketing spend and performance to help allocate resources effectively.
Collaboration – work closely with sales, revenue operations, and demand generation teams to optimize pipeline growth and conversion rates.
5-10+ years in marketing operations, demand generation, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company.
Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce,and 6sense is a requirement.
Strong analytical skills with multi-touch attribution, reporting, and data-driven decision-making expertise.
Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (a plus).
Expertise with B2B marketing funnels, ABM strategies, and pipeline acceleration tactics.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
